The stand that the TSAC installed last week in the Nautical International Boat Show in the IFEVI received the request of 48 persons interested in taking part in the vessels that will take part in the race Vigo - Tenerife.

The "Tall Ships Atlantic Challenge 2009" will be present with its own stand in Vigo´s International Boat Show, which will be from March 5th to 8th in the IFEVI.

The training ship will participate in the TSAC. With its 114.5 m of length, and with its spectacular rig, it will take up a great part of the transatlantic liner’s dock, where the participating fleet of the regatta will be berthed.

The 3 of May, Vigo will be the port that starts of the Tall Ships Atlantic Challenge. After a spectacular Parade of Sail from A Guía mountain, the sailboats will then sailoff from the Cíes Islands in the estuary of the Southern Coast of Galicia.
