Ready for the Atlantic Challenge

TSAC is an ocean race organized by Sail Training International (STI), a company that pursues the development and education of young people of all nationalities, cultures, religions and social backgrounds through the sail training experience. There are representatives of sail training in many countries. They organize not only races but, conferences and seminars as well in order to promote the sail training.

This is the third Atlantic Race STI organizes, always coinciding with different events. The first one was in 1992 and the second one in the year 2000 coinciding with the Millennium. On this occasion we commemorate the 400^th Anniversary of Bermuda.

It is going to be a hard race since the Atlantic has to be crossed twice. The best Ships and crews will play a leading role, but the most important aspect is to promote the companionship among all ships and vessels and everyone who is participating.
